We're so sorry to hear that the style or size that you're interested in is out-of-stock. Our team is actively working hard to restock out-of-stock items. In the meantime, please sign up for a restock alert so that you're notified when your item is back in stock. Be sure to submit your order immediately when it is back in stock as it is first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that returns and exchanges are processed on a weekly basis. We ask that you please allow us 2-3 weeks for exchanges/returns to be processed after you have sent the item back.

If the returned package was delivered to our warehouse within 2-3 weeks of the return shipping date, your return is still within the normal processing time. Please be patient as we diligently work through each return/exchange request!
