Return Policy

*We can't accommodate international exchanges. For international customers wanting an exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order for the new item.

Should I keep or exchange my shoes? 

If it fits big:
Can you fit 1 finger? If yes, exchange to a smaller size.
Can you fit 1 finger? If no, add a heel liner or heel pad
Note: You don't want your shoes to fit too snugly because your feet will swell by the end of the night.

If it fits tight:
Try again in the evening. If it feels tighter, exchange to a bigger size.
If it feels the same, wear thick socks to stretch the shoes.


If the slingback keeps sliding down:

EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

Items offered at 30% or more discount off the original retail price are final sale and eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Sample sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or returns. 

You may return any new, unworn shoes in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery receipt for exchange or refund. This means the shoes must be received back to our facility within 30 days of the order being delivered to you. Shoes must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear.  We advise our customers to try on shoes on carpeted areas to prevent accidental damage.  If shoes are returned with signs of wear (e.g., scuff marks, toe stains, sole indentations, etc.), we will not be able to process the exchange / return. Gifts cards are non-refundable

Refer to the return form that is enclosed in your package and head over to our return portal to receive an authorized return packing slip. Please include the packing slip inside the package so that we can accurately process your exchange / return. Please allow 2-3 weeks for exchanges / returns to be processed after you have sent the item back. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.  It may take longer for international orders due to shipping time. We will notify you via email of your refund or exchange tracking number once we've received and processed the item. You can contact us here if you have any questions about the exchange / return process.

If you need your exchange shoes urgently, it is often faster to place a new 2nd order and then send your original order back as a return following the return policy. Please be advised that the return portal may not show applied discount codes in the estimate. However, refunds and exchange price differences will be issued with discount codes applied.

For orders made through a third party retailer, please contact the retailer.

Bella Belle reserves the right to refuse any exchanges or returns that do not meet our conditions. Refused shoes will be sent back to the mailing address on file. By making a purchase, you agree to abide to our store policies.

 

Order cancellations may be subjected to a cancellation fee. 

 

HOW TO SEND: 

Return shipping costs are not included, unless we made a mistake on the first shipment. You can purchase a USPS shipping label through our return portal, or use your preferred shipping method. For exchanges or return, we don't cover the return shipping cost back to us, but we will cover the shipping to you.

International customers, please use our RETURN INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PORTAL and purchase a return shipping label.

We'll cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If you received an item you believe is defective, please contact us here with a photo of the shoes so that we can assist you further.  

 

RESTOCKING FEES

Returns of 3 or more items are subject to a restocking fee of $12/pair. This includes separate purchases made across different orders, if applicable. Purchases made using our store gift card / gift certificates are only eligible for exchange of equal value.

 

CUSTOMS FEES

Customs fees are reflected in the final price at checkout. Bella Belle does not charge tax, your country may impose additional duties and taxes during delivery. Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and therefore, are non-refundable. 

If you make a return, please contact your local customs office directly with copies of the returns paperwork as only the recipient of an order can claim the fees back. If you refuse to pay customs fees, the package may be abandoned and become irretrievable. Refused and abandoned packages are not eligible for return. Returns can only be accepted by following the instructions on the return form.

Goods sold to Canadian shoppers that qualify for duties and taxes reclaim under the CREDITS program will be refunded in full as part of the return. 

PACKAGE REFUSAL

We do not recommend refusing the package, as your package may be considered abandoned if not paid for. Abandoned packages will not be returned to Bella Belle, and, therefore, are not eligible for a return/exchange. If you refuse a package and, in the rare case that we receive it back, you will be charged a package refusal fee of $60. Please note that this charge is only to help cover the partial costs associated with the package refusal fee from the shipping carrier.
