To current customers: If you have received a notification from the carrier (i.e. your local post office, UPS, or DHL) that they were unable to deliver the package to you at the first attempt, please contact them to arrange for a re-delivery. 

If your order contains 3 or more pairs, signature upon delivery is required.

SHIPPING

When you place an order, you will have the option to choose your shipping carrier and method.  The estimate is showing estimated transit time from the time the package leaves our warehouse, it does not include additional 1-2 business days handling time.  The delivery date is an estimate only and is not a guarantee, and it does not include additional handling time we need to process your order.

Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends and US federal holidays. If in doubt, please contact us here

The shipping rates are weight-based.  The weight of any item can be found on its detail page.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

To get estimated rates and delivery times (from shipping date), please add your selection to your shopping cart and enter your mailing address.  Please note that the quoted delivery times are not a guarantee, and may vary based on your location.

Bella Belle is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages so please be sure your address is a valid and secure address.  

DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN THE UNITED STATES)

Unless otherwise noted, we ship our items within 1-5 business days of cleared payment during business days.  Domestic orders will be shipped with tracking numbers and delivery confirmation but without insurance. 

Expedited Shipping:  We offer expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air.  Please allow at least 1 day of handling, and 2 days of transit for your package to reach your destination.  

Shipping via USPS can take 1-4 weeks on average.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDES CANADA)

We provide free express shipping worldwide (yay!!). We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions in some countries, and some footwear cannot be shipped to international destinations. Unless otherwise noted, we ship our items within 1-2 business days of cleared payment. Delivery time is usually within 3-10 business days after it ships.

We offer free express shipping to all our international customers. Minimum spend may be required to quality for free express shipping worldwide. Duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout, so there is no surprise charges. Let us do all the legwork for your hassle-free shopping.

Customers shipping to Turkey, the price you see doesn’t include Duties and Taxes. 

    CUSTOMS FEES

    Customs fees are reflected in the final price at checkout. Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and therefore, are non-refundable. Let us do the legwork. All import duties are included in your order – the price you see is the price you pay. 

    Customers shipping to Turkey, the price you see doesn’t include Duties and Taxes. You may be imposed additional taxes and duties by the Turkey customs authority. 

    PACKAGE REFUSAL

    We do not recommend refusing the package, as your package may be considered abandoned if not paid for. Abandoned packages will not be returned to Bella Belle, and, therefore, are not eligible for a return/exchange. If you refuse a package and, in the rare case that we receive it back, you will be charged a package refusal fee of $60. Please note that this charge is only to help cover the partial costs associated with the package refusal fee from the shipping carrier.

    LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

    Bella Belle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds for orders that are lost in transit by the carrier or reported as stolen. However, we will help you work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and find a solution. Lost or stolen packages should be reported to us within 3 days of the reported delivery date. 

    If your package shows as delivered, we recommend that you wait 24-48 hours to see if your package gets delivered after the confirmation email is sent. The shipping carrier may sometimes mark the package as delivered a little earlier than it actually arrives. We also recommend checking with your neighbors in case your package was delivered to them by accident or your neighbors picked up your package by accident.  

    After 48 hours of confirmed missing delivery, please call your local customer service number for the shipping carrier who delivered your package and tell them that you have a lost package. You will be assigned a case number while the shipping carrier investigates. It may take a few weeks for them to follow up with you on their findings. In the meantime, please contact us here with the case number and details about your missing package and we will do our best to help.
